Well, I’m a little late on posting this. But it really isn’t my fault. I was waiting on Emily to send me some pictures to post with it. She still hasn’t sent me any, but I decided to go ahead and post this with the one picture I do have. The picture above came from the Fred Thompson official photo group on Flickr.
My sister Emily Barrows is on the left, Then Fred Thompson’s wife Jeri in the middle, and my brother’s fiancee Mary Beth Roberts on the right.
Mary Beth and Emily went down to Orlando on the weekend of the debates to see all the candidates and sit in on the debates. They had a great time, and I’ll post some more pictures when I get them from Emily.

Well, this past weekend Rob and Stacey got married. The had a beautiful outdoor wedding at the beach. It was a small wedding with only family invited, but it was really very nice. Simple, but elegant and very much the kind of wedding that Rob has wanted all along. So, for everyone who wasn’t there because of distance or other engagements, here are the pictures.

We spent all day Monday finishing the deck. It looks great! Check out the pics below.

Well Saturday was spent building a new deck for my house. With the help of a friend, Rob and I were able to get the entire platform finished. It looks pretty good. Now all we have left are the railings. The railings should be finished on Monday, since I have the whole day off.
Katharine and Emily are still up in Maryland with Uncle Dave and Aunt Karin. They will be coming back on Monday night. I’m hoping to have the rest of the deck finished by then.
